These Terms & Conditions apply to all business conducted with Prime Fruit and Veg, a wholesale supplier based in Bolton, UK. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute products with suitable alternatives of equal or higher quality where necessary.
Minimum order values may apply and will be confirmed at the time of order or account setup.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.
We aim to offer competitive and transparent pricing at all times.

Delivery
​
We provide delivery across the UK and aim to meet agreed delivery schedules. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that goods can be received at the agreed time.

Quality & Claims
​
We take great care to ensure all produce is delivered fresh and in excellent condition.
Any issues with quality or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted where quality issues have been verified.

Returns & Refunds
​
Approved claims may be refunded or credited at our discretion. We reserve the right to inspect or request evidence of any reported issues before issuing a resolution.

Payment Terms
​
Payment terms will be agreed prior to trading. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination of supply.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments where applicable.

Risk & Ownership
​
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with Prime Fruit and Veg until full payment has been received.

Product Variations
Fresh produce is subject to natural variation. Size, shape, colour, and appearance may vary and do not constitute defects.

Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including non-payment or misuse of services.

Liability
​
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Fruit and Veg shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the supply of goods.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
